CUSTOMER SERVICE
REFUNDS
.
I currently can NOT provide any refunds due to my method of payment. However, you can pay at any point in the process of me creating the art, including after it is finished. Please keep this in mind!
.
CHANGES
If you are unhappy with anything within a drawing, I am willing to change it for free at my discretion. If I believe the issue is too big , or requires me to do large chunks of the art, I will NOT change them unless paid to do so. This would double your payment, which I wouldn’t recommend
.
MISCOMMUNICATION
In case of major miscommunication on MY part, and something comes out not as you wish, im willing to keep things free. This is only available if I misunderstand a request however. If you fail to communicate what you want, that is on you.
